最近、というよりずっとなのですが、ゲーム終了時・ch移動時に フリーズ→エラー報告 が出てきて強制終了させられてしまいます。
場所や接続時間関係なく落ちてしまいます。
再接続後、時間を置かずに行った場合(Inして1秒~3秒というところですが)は正常に行えます。

グラボがまず合っていないのはわかっています。
MAP移動では良く落ちるんですけど、その場合はエラーメッセージが出ないので、グラボとは別問題だと思うんですけど・・・。
