Hi,  I'm not japaness. But I will pay for play mabinogi. ( Use credit card) I want to know about "How to reset skill?"    Please tell me in English.  Arigatou~    =^.^=

When your account is using "Advanced Play" plan or "Fantasy Life" plan, you'll be given "skill untrain cupsule" every Saturday (in real).
That item allows you to lower one of your skill for a rank per a cupsule, but you can't lower your skill below Rank F with it.
 
By the way, if I remember right, EULA forbids anyone outside Japan to use Jp Mabinogi service.
I hope you're living in Japan and just not literate to Japanese... else you might have some problem posting this.

I don't live in japan >.<. but can read japaness little ^^. I will pay for "Advanced Play".  I have japaness friend in this game. 
 
I'm live in thailand and  hope Jp mabinogi  don't block anyone outside Japan. How  can I finding about this information? T-T

I heard that login server has set to accept only Jp IP thus basically no foreigner can play Jp Mabinogi.
(Well, there actually ARE few known foreigner that are playing Jp version, though.)

Due to said restriction, playing Jp Mabinogi from outside Japan might be considered as breach of End User Licence Agreement 13-21.
禁止条項 (21) サービスやソフトウェアの改変、妨害、侵入行為。
 
If Nexon doesn't take any action toward you and these outsiders, that's fine, but you might want to remember that there's possibility.

It may be that NEXON has not permitted payment from a foreign country so that everybody may say.
 
However, it may be that the security software of your personal computer is defending.
Please check a setup of security software.
 
If it seems that it still could not solve, you had better question NEXON directly.
